Wiley Jones is the Co-Founder and CEO of DOSS, a suite of applications that helps brands manage the flow of goods, dollars, and data into and out of their business. A mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Wiley spent his early career as a hardware engineer at Sprite Robotics and in product leadership at Athelas and Verkada. Across every role, he saw the same problem: businesses were forced to adapt to software instead of software adapting to them. This insight inspired DOSS. Wiley is committed to providing operations teams what they've always deserved: software powerful enough to handle complexity but flexible enough to work the way they do.

Arnav Mishra is the Co-Founder and CTO of DOSS, a suite of applications that helps brands manage the flow of goods, dollars, and data into and out of their business. Arnav holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and spent his early career as a founding software engineer at construction finance startup Siteline, where he built infrastructure and battled with brittle integrations to legacy ERP platforms. The worst code he ever shipped was always related to ERP integrations—a frustration that revealed a deeper truth: these systems weren't built to evolve. This insight drove Arnav to co-found DOSS. Now he's rebuilding ERP from first principles, creating a platform that's flexible enough to adapt to any business while being powerful enough to handle enterprise-scale complexity. Beyond building software, Arnav is committed to community building in tech through events, mentorship, and supporting emerging talent.
