Wahab Owolabi is the VP, Head of People & Talent at DOSS, a suite of applications that helps brands manage the flow of goods, dollars, and data into and out of their business. With leadership experience at Duolingo, Meta/Facebook, Rubrik, and Andreessen Horowitz, Wahab has spent his career building talent strategies that scale across startups, big tech, and venture capital. At DOSS, he's shaping the people infrastructure and culture that will define the company's growth. Wahab is the founder of URx and OneReq, platforms that have become central hubs for recruiting leaders across the industry. He also serves on the Board of ColorStack, advancing underrepresented students in tech careers.
