Challenge

Like many early-stage teams, De Soi was running operations through a maze of “spreadsheets, duct tape and login portals.” Production planning lived in one sheet, bill of materials (BOM) with 50-60 raw ingredients in another, and finished goods inside their 3PL system. As the business grew, system delays accelerated:
