Custom Workflows for Shopify are now available to all Doss customers! Here are some tactical details on what you can do with it:

Automated Order Processing

As soon as a new order is created in Shopify, your Workflow will process the event. You get the flexibility of deciding how the data is mapped and where is goes in Doss. Track returning customers, calculate sales velocity, even trigger external SMS and email marketing tools (Braze, Klaviyo) directly from Doss.

Use Branching and If/Else for Complex Workflows

Instantly check if it's a returning customer or someone new, updating sales accounts as needed. It's as easy as setting up a Branch step which allows you to check for all kinds of conditions and take corresponding actions. Need to send this customer an email? Or mark an item on back order? No problem.

Put Inventory Tracking on Autopilot

Keep your stock levels accurate with real-time, automated updates as each order processes.
